    Call-back agreed — customer driving (call 1 of 3)

A ninety-second outbound call that did the right thing by not becoming a longer one. The officer heard that the customer was driving, offered to hang up, and refused to quote numbers even when the customer told her to continue. She gave the relationship context that justified the call, booked a specific slot, read the number back, and added an unprompted warning about OTP fraud from spoofed numbers.

“No terms quoted — call rescheduled before the offer was discussed”

Honest "don’t switch" — no sale, customer sets December (call 2 of 3)

The officer opened with need instead of the offer, disclosed the full top-up terms, then did the arithmetic that killed her own sale twice over. On the competing balance transfer she computed foreclosure charge, new processing fee and actual interest saving and showed a net loss of about 9,000 rupees. On her own top-up she pointed out that the customer needs the money in nine months and already has two sources lined up, so borrowing today only starts the interest clock early. She closed by recording a no-contact instruction until December and offering promotional opt-out and DND.

“Top-up eligibility Rs 3,50,000 · 12.80% p.a. reducing, subject to final check · 36 months · EMI Rs 11,772 · processing fee 1% + GST = Rs 4,130 · net disbursal ~Rs 3,45,870 · foreclosure nil after 12 EMIs on the top-up · insurance optional (~Rs 4,100), declined · outcome: officer advised against the competing balance transfer and against taking the top-up now”

Fatal: called inside a no-contact instruction, kept pitching after refusal, then discussed the loan with the husband

A campaign re-dial placed three months inside a no-contact instruction the officer had recorded herself. The customer refused three times, once asking to be removed from the list, and each refusal was answered with another version of the same pitch. When she handed the phone to her husband out of exhaustion, the officer disclosed her loan outstanding, EMI, remaining tenure and offer amount to him and asked him to talk her round. The customer took the phone back, objected on the recording and said she would complain; the officer asked her not to. Nothing was logged.

“Rs 3,50,000 · 12.80% · EMI Rs 11,772 · officer re-pitched after three explicit refusals and then disclosed outstanding, EMI and offer amount to the customer’s husband”

The stage scores above show how the officer did on each part of the call. A fatal breach is zero-tolerance, so it sets the whole call score to 0, whatever the stage scores were: Call 3 scored 32% on its stages → 0% (3 fatals). The journey score follows the same rule.
